On November 28, 2024, the Board of Directors of HUHUTECH International Group Inc. approved and adopted an equity incentive plan (the “2024 Equity Incentive Plan”), which became effective on November 28, 2024. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 6-K is the 2024 Equity Incentive Plan.
